    Then you need to go down the Consumer Rights route against The Range .
    CR retailer has the choice to repair replace or refund ( subject to use ) . If past 6 months since purchase they have the right to have it inspected .
  • What if they have already repaired it and has stopped working again? Hot tub was purchased end of February

    I got a full refund on mine by telling the range that are responsible as they sold me the goods .I told them if I dont receive it within 14 days I send a letter before action .they refunded me straight away .then collected the hot tub repaired it and also sent it back to me as clever spa didn’t even know we had been refunded .go on the clever spa Facebook site and start to comment about poor customer service no response etc .you should get a call within 28 hours as they don’t like comments about them .

    As far as I can see Cleverspa have disabled commenting on Facebook.

    You got a full refund 
    And a repair
    And left negative comments on social media.

    That is a bit "have cake and eat it" really.  You should refund the refund back to The Range.  Dishonest otherwise.

    If you have the refund and no longer have the hot tub, then yes, you aren't dishonest.  If you have the refund and cleverspa have sent you the hot tub back in error and you've kept it, you not telling them is dishonest.

    Which says you still have the hot tub plus the refund from The Range.
    You didn't say anything about returning the hot tub after it was repaired and sent back to you.

    Hence the comment by Grumpy_chap about 'dishonest'.
