You've got yourself a nice mess! Apart from Lloyds, these seem to be linked in some way, via companies in Belize and Lord Ashcroft is often mentioned in the announcements.

1. Carlisle Holdings Ltd - Belize company, became BB Holdings.

2. Bombshell Ltd - Belize company, became GHP plc and then GHP AB (Swedish). Appears that it has a secondary listing in London, 0JM2.

3. Seashell II Ltd - Belize, delisted and merged with Digital Marketing Group plc in 2006. Ticker seemed to have been DIGI and it was listed on AIM but I cannot see what happened to it. It isn't listed in London anymore with this name of ticker.

4. Carlisle Group Ltd - Merged with a company named Impellam plc, Carlisle shareholders received 51.8% of Impellam. Impellam trades with ticker IPEL at 285p per share.

5. BB Holdings & 9. Caribbean Investments Holdings:

Two might relate to the same holdings: perhaps the number of shares match? BB Holdings Ltd changed its name to BCB Holdings Ltd and then to Caribbean Investments Holdings Ltd, ticker CIHL, bid price today is 31p per share.

6. Lloyds - should be easy to contact the registrar to see what it says.

7. Normandy Ltd - Bermudan? If it's the same one, appears to have been bought in June 2020 by CIHL using its shares as currency.

8. Midway investment ltd - Not obvious, might be unlisted, but seems to be linked to Belize again: I found this announcement stating that CIHL paid a dividend in shares of Midway Investments Ltd. "Midway is a private company incorporated in Turks and Caicos, and its sole asset is the Award"

Judging by all the legitimate looking announcements these companies are definitely not a scam, just a tangled web over an extended period of time.  Apart from Midway and I think Normandy they all traded on the LSE at one point or another. If you Google Lord Ashcroft it says he's a British, Belize-based businessman and has/had links to the Conservative Party. These appear to be related to his business interests.

For easy wins, establishing whether the Lloyds Bank shares are worth anything should be straightforward and Caribbean Investments Holdings Ltd (LSE:CIHL) is the other one I'd focus on checking.
