Don't you know?Manxman_in_exile said:Is a "pumper" a pump or the person who pumps it?

Pump it up
You've got to pump it up!
Repeat ad nauseum; especially nauseum after a couple of pitchers of woo woo chased down with Smirnoff Ice, a couple of Black Superkings, fresh air, half a greasy chicken burger and a ride home in a minicab with worn out suspension. Good times...

That cheered me up! Now I thought it was a reference to Elvis Costello, but a quick google shows me it isn't and there's obviously a huge age gap between us! (Although the rest seems distantly - 40 years plus - familiar... )1 -

you believe the shirt is damaged, or it is damaged , its unlikely a football shirt thats packaged would suffer any damage by being squeezed through a letter box.Adam990 said:Hi I have another question. I bought a juniours Manchester city shirt on their official website and had no problems until the courier squashed the parcel through the letterbox as seen on the picture via my email by hermes. Unfortunately I wasn't at home when this happened. I get a call from my nephew saying when will it arrive and I told him it's outside in the letterbox. What !!!!!! me off was the courier didn't even knock on and the parcel could have been stolen. I spoke to Hermes and they said they would have a word with the courier. After that I emailed the Manchester city customer support team. I sent them the image of the squashed parcel and the date and time of delivery. I told them I believe my goods have been damaged but they would like too see the shirt. I am happy to send a picture of the shirt but if the shirt isn't damaged, am I still entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under consumer acts right?
Thanks
you seem very quick to want refunds or to sue as in your pumper post ..what is a pumper and what is the value0 -
It's a pump - not a pumper! That's why he asked " ...what is a pumper...?"

What on earth? The shirt is undamaged yet you want a repair - what are they going to repair?
As for suing someone because a football pump is going to be late... behave. Either cancel your order or wait.1 -
File an INR claim with Paypal for the pump(er). No need to sue anyone.Adam990 said:Hi,
I bought a football pumper on 18 April and it never arrived. after 2 weeks I emailed them but they never replied back. I then got in touch with PayPal and told them the issue and they messaged the reatiler. An hour or so later I get an email from them stating the pumper was out of stock but when I purchased it, it was in stock and they said it will now arrive on 4th June. And they didn't even notify me that it wasn't in "stock" so what are my rights in this matter am I able to sue to them?
Thanks
