Defence filed by email to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk - I have received an auto response acknowledgement.

Thank you to everyone so far who has helped and guided me through this process. I'll update when I receive the next correspondence.

    Hi everyone.

    I've received the N149A and N180.

This was after DCBL sent the letter I have attached - I didn't reply.

They have also sent their N180.

I've read the threads for completing the N180 and the advice is don't agree to mediation.
DCBL have ticked' Yes' agreeing to mediation.

Is this what they usually tick and would me not agreeing to mediation still be the right option? I.e. Would it go against me if I say no, as they have said yes?

Also, they have included info@dcblegal.co.uk on their contact details. Can the N180 be served to that email rather than by post?

    Thanks.

You ignore that letter completely. It's DCBL chancing their arm to get driver details when they know they have no prospect in law of holding the keeper liable. Highview have never complied with PoFA.

Get on with completing the paperwork you've been sent by the CCBC. Anything you are sending to DCB Legal you do so electronically. If that's the email address (above) they are using to correspond with you, use that in return.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hi everyone.

The now famous Perry Mason copy and paste letter.   Cross examination ....  ???   WHAT A JOKE.

You can be your own Pery Mason and cross examine them on the fake £60 and the person who signed a claim as a Statement of Truth .... normally Yasmin Mia

How can anyone reply to such a nonsensical letter ... you don't

They have been watching too much TV ...... probably that stupid soap ... "can't pay, we'll take it away"

You can see their muggging attempts just like yours.

Instead of wasting time reading such letters, please instead come back here regularly this Summer, ready to spend an hour being heard to Government by completing the upcoming Final Technical Consultation about regulating the levels of parking charges from next year.

    Coming soon...

...please check back on the forum each week as we need real people like you to counterbalance the spamming of the Consultation by the industry and people purporting to be ‘landowners’.

Hi everyone. I had a missed call earlier and a voicemail was left.

It was DCB Legal calling "on a without prejudice basis to come to a settlement agreement".

They requested a call back. I trust like their recent letters, I don't make contact and proceed to serve the N180?

    "without prejudice"  ???

They really don't want to do court ... do they ?
It's probably just a figment of your phone's imagination

As Keith said ... it never happened and just like the BBC you swith off on repeats
