Assuming the ‘bill’ is based on actual meter readings and not estimates and that the hot tub is in regular use then the finger must firmly point at the hot tub. Strip (fluorescent) lights are far from economical to run but won’t come close to any heater in a hot tub. Read your meter as previously advised, get a good idea of what you’re using and when and re-visit the meter readings on the ‘bill’.0
