@Redx - Thanks for reply! I have previously emailed them requesting data as per template I found on this forum and sent them court claim only as proof of ID, and they replied today asking to fill that form, should I just email them again and add Utility Bill, so they have two forms of ID?
@D_P_Dance Hi there, no I haven't, will it help with my defence or its for future refence so MP is aware of their practices?
3 parking tickets = max £300 ..... DCBL WILL BE SCAMMING YOU

Please show break down of their claim and was it signed as a statement of truth by Yasmin Mia ?
ID to prove who you are ...... Your V5 and a redacted utility bill
NO DRIVERS LICENCE AND NO PASSPORT

DCBL letters ... forum group thread

Some creative accounting there by Yasmin (again)

Even with my O level maths it's obvious they just make up figures as they go
  • @Redx With regards to proof of ID, I am renting so no utility bills. VC5 I have is for my other vehicle, not the one on claim form. I guess I'd have to send a copy of passport or driving license. Otherwise I have bank ,credit card statements only.

Copies of Bank and credit card statements are fine , just redact the relevant data you don't want them to have , like sort codes , account numbers , payments etc. Mobile phone bills , council tax bills , water bills , rent book , anything with your name and address and the date showing !!

    This isn't difficult !!

NO passport or DL.  Scan and send  a copy of the letter you received from them.

MPs have contacts with local councillors and other MPs.  They can make life difficult for PPCs.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Quick update:
Complained to MP, who advised that he cant be involved in legal matters but sent me a letter stating that he agrees that signage is insufficient and charge is unreasonable , can I include it in my court defence?
Complained to the landowner(found it simply by googling parking name and search returned the owner company name) who responded that Highview will contact me with significantly reduced charge. I responded with a letter from MP and asking to take into consideration. Still haven't heard from Highview. I ma not sure if I should accept reduced charge, it will depend on the amount.

    Regards,

    CY

Include a line about both, in your defence and state that there is no legitimate interest in pursuing registered keepers anyway, due to the Claimant's choice not to invoke the provisions that have been available to the parking industry in the POFA since 2015.
