Hi, Has anyone encountered problems trying to get this deal which includes the £75 Amazon voucher? I've tried numerous time. Once redirected from MSE to the VodaDone site you are reminded that it's an online deal. You're also told that the online option isn't available and that you should call a Vodafone centre. When you do they say that they can't give the £75 offer. Is this a scam?

Hi
Scam? Don't think so.
BUT more than company offer rewards and following links is hard to establish who you are signing up with.
I did eventually get a reward, but it was not VodaFone directly.(Giftcloud)

Please allow this full validation period (90-120 days) after the purchase date.Forum, Agin 'em or Just Neutral?0 -
Hi anyone in the know:
Back in June I signed up with Vodafone superfast 2 via moneysavingexpert.com and on the same day got an email fromVodafone <no-reply@giftcloud.com>stating that:Thank you for submitting your details for the following offer:
£75 Gift Card when you purchase Vodafone Superfast 2also advising
If you have any questions or have not received your voucher 120 days after your purchase date, please contact vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk.It's now well after 120 days and I have not heard anything from either Vodafone or the above-mentioned third parties. So I sent an email (and 10 days after a second email) to the above email address (vouchers @...) but heard nothing, not even an auto reply email whatsoever.
I wonder anyone out there knows what's happening and how should I claim the voucher? Is it really Vodafone have no responsibility to step in to help?
