I had two similar MSA cases with CP Plus/DCBL and just to let you know I got my NOD's from DCBLegal not from my local court or the CCBC.4 -

Quick update - Letter arrived from DCB Legal today, saying they've cancelled the claim against me on instructions from the client. I'll be double checking this online later just to make sure.
So, happy days and a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forum. It's been an excellent learning experience for me.4 -
