How on earth do you contact Ebay customer service/ fraud team?

Hi all 
Looks like myEbay account has been hacked and I need contact Ebay to discuss this.
I cant even sign in to look at my account as my password had been changed. I cannot seem to find any particualar number to call for help and teh one number I could find 0345 3553229 just rings off 

Luckily does not look like any money has disappeared from my banl

Going around in circles here...can anyone please help!

Why on earth they just say "contact eBay" and don't give a phone number on the first web site I do not know.
