Hello all new here but need little help
CPM have given me a parking fine 2 days before my permit come in the post , I contacted the local company who own the land/flats a week before and was told that CPM would be told about my reg/vehicle and not to worry about a fine being given.
Also CPM gave me the fine in the post 3 months after the date given.
, i have challenge it twice already and they still want me to pay.
Hope you all can help

this is not a fine, and it's important to understand that.
next, why do you need a permit?

Contact the Managing Agent again and get them to cancel it.
UKCPM are considered to be a greedy, horrible bullyboy ex-clamper firm; they sue people (and we win). But get the MA to cancel it. INSIST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Complain to the landowner.

Forget what any signs may or may not say, what rights in the lease/rental/whatever paperwork that comes with the property do you have to park? From the Plain Language Commission:

Why do you need a permit? Does your lease/AST say you need to display one? What else does it say about parking, parking scammers, PCNs, and court claims? What it doesn't say is just as important.
When are you moving out? I am not joking. Nobody should ever live somewhere that is infested by parking scammers.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
