Well done and thanks. I guess it can be detached after all! Cleaning is now in progress.

The conditioner compartment has a syphon effect so fills with water & then drains the conditioner. It looks like you're not getting any water in there as the compartment isn't full.
It's worth checking the water is actually going into the dispenser -the inlet is probably above the compartment and can get gunked up!
Also be sure to clean the tubes at the back well where they slot together for the syphon.1 -
Yes, as has been mentioned above, it is probably the fill to the drawer that you need to clean out. It is about the only part of the machine that you can't easily clean with a white vinegar wash. You essentially need to clean the ceiling of the drawer space with a toothbrush /pipecleaner or something similar.1

As said above, pretty clear that water isn't being diverted in to that compartment in order to 'overflow' the conditioner.Sandhun, as well as emptying the compartment and giving the tray a clean just because it's a good thing to do, concentrate more on the upper ceiling of that compartment as seen at 1.05. One (or more) of these holes is where the water comes out to land in the blue insert.I use an old dishwasher brush for jobs like this - the bristles can get into most spaces. Also worth trying a pipe cleaner or similar as said before (a cotton bud could lose its head) up each hole in turn.Once clean, replace the drawer empty, and try a 'condition + rinse' wash - see if the cond tray has filled with water. If it hasn't, you have a water-feed problem.0

Given the state your drawer is as shown in the pictures, I would get some marigolds on and put the drawer into a hot sink with bleach and scrub away every bit of dirt with a brush. Then attack the machine with hot water and bleach - I use a pressurised spray bottle to help with this, but it can make a bit of a mess, so wear old rags.I really don't understand how people can wash their clothes with drawers in such bad condition. But the manufacturers should make it easier to clean the drawers too.0
