Question on Personal Equity Plan

HL site shows all available Jupiter investment funds as
Class I-Accumulation Where as all my presently invested units by Jupiter are designated as
Class J -Accumulation. I could also see a wide price difference.
For example:
European Class I - Accumulation priced 3117.11p in HLEuropean Class J -Accumulation priced 2715.96p in Jupiter
Is it still possible to transfer to HL and hold investment as it is at present?
I have written to HL to ask if it is transferable...
In the meantime trying to find information
Thanking you
I corrected the unit price at Jupiter0 -
The price difference is not significant. The different classes are the same fund but different charge rates. If you spent £1000 on Class I you would get 32.081 units and on Class J 36.819 units. Both would represent the same value of underlying investments. But over time the units with higher charges would grow slightly slower than those with lower charges. The higher charges could be with either class - the cost of per unit doesnt tell you.snowshine said:HL site shows all available Jupiter investment funds as

HL will have a default class available to all its customers. Class I is probably provided only to simplify external transfers-in. Clearly you want to end up with the lower charged class, which is almost certainly J. Whether you would need to do that yourself or HL would do it automatically, I dont know.0
