VIRGIN MEDIA BILLING SYSTEM

I have received various contract adjustments from Virgin Media, only one of which was the one I agreed to.

I was originally out of contract and out the door.

The retention contract I agreed to was £22 pcm broadband only, they lost.

I was without broadband for a week and had to fight to get them to recognise the contract above.

I was issued a temporary contract of £55 less an adjustment and told this would be corrected.

Today they took £56 direct debit from me.

VM seem to sanction stafr or robots to send off random contracts.

I cannot believe I am the only one who is being ripped off this way...?

Comments

  • With Virgin Media you pay in advance so the direct debit amount for the start of a contract is often more than the actually monthly charge. You need to look at all your bills and charging periods to check if they have charged correctly rather than just the direct debit amount.
