Thanks. I've looked all over but can't find the Forum team or anyway of contacting them. Except by email. Is there a direct way of contacting a mod?

There are no mods, you need to email the forum team, it is the only way to contact them, always has been.

Have a read of this item from the Forum's FAQs:

    Can I change my username?

In most circumstances, we don't allow this.

The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk e.g. you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something which gives away your identity within your username.

If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com your current username, the email address you registered with and three alternative usernames in order of preference.

The easy way to do it is to log out of your current name and start a new account (different email) with the new one.
50+ posts and one year to lose is nothing in this game.

Is that allowed though?  Is that not an AE?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

As long as it is not used for illegal use it is OK.
