You don't need help and should simply supply what they ask except for photo ID. This has been said so often and is not even a parking query.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No they haven't, they have reluctantly handed back their scam to to the original scammers with their tail between their legs as their silly threats failed and they won't get their no win no fee add on.Calm down and stop over thinking this the regulars have seen this all before and the advice on here is on course.

Thank you all for being super helpful.
Just a bit nervous in-case I should be doing something.....or in this case....nothing at all.
I'm thinking of sending UKPC scans of letters from DCBL....as the info they've requested for SAR release is in those (except V5C & photo id of course).0 -
Would paying them ease your nervousness?It_is_Me_ said:Thank you all for being super helpful.
Just a bit nervous in-case I should be doing something.....or in this case....nothing at all.I'd be just ignoring them. Don't give them any reason/excuse/encouragement to continue any correspondence with you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
