Ask one thing at a time, you know why! Court claim deadline is nearly over, just keep asking things, replying to every tedious letter, to get past the post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They don't seem to like moving very quick that's for sure. Sent them an email 17 days ago asking for what information they held with regards to the vehicle and the driver of the vehicle and they have just replied asking for Full name, First line of address, and postcode for data protection. Will be interesting to see what they have on file.... if they ever reply.... we haven't replied to them yet, they took 17 days so I am sure we will get round to it in a few days time....2

Had another letter today, seems we are on a final notice now as we have not paid the £150 and filed to be in touch (we have but via email).
I am guessing this is a last ditched scare tactic as they threaten to recommend legal action and then the next line down say we can still pay by multiple ways of getting in touch? My other half has replied back to their email with her personal info dcbl asked for in order for dcbl to provide whatever info and evidence they have on her case.. we are yet to hear back,

Just 3 weeks (21 days) to go until 18/06/21. They cannot logistically get over the line now. They will need to issue a Letter Before Claim, even if the issue tomorrow, it will need to give you 30 days to respond, leave it to the last minute (say day 27) asking for 30-day delay for seeking debt advice, then the earliest possible day the can issue a court claim is around 25 July. At which point (or even on 19/06) you can tell them to FRO!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It will be interesting to see what they do next, as like you say they are basically out of time now so long as they follow the correct procedure. I guess we will just keep getting letters?4

Well obviously you reply to any LBC but they will run out of time.

Very little they can do if they follow the law laid down.M7R said:It will be interesting to see what they do next, as like you say they are basically out of time now so long as they follow the correct procedure. I guess we will just keep getting letters?
And if they continue to play silly games, report them to the SRA
Even though this will time out, with no legal recourse, they can still chase you and for each rubbish letter, you send it back with F.O. IN BIG RED LETTERS

So basically once 6 years is up, if they send anything else return to sender with after 6 years, no longer valid. Written on the envelope? Im not waisting stamps on them that’s for sure! Suppose I could also email them too and like you say if they keep pestering then report them as well to the industry bodybeamerguy said:

DO NOT return letters with some words scrawled across the envelope if they are asking for money, that's just naive (no idea why people do this; it leaves them with no paper trail or evidence of anything). You'd be emailing (a proper reply) telling them to cease and desist and threatening to report the solicitor to the SRA and the parking firm to the Scrutiny Panel the MHCLG are going to set up.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
