Their old "........we will however accept the sum of £15 in full settlement etc etc" means they knew they were on a sticky wicket anyway, they never go for less if they can get their full scam amount. This is just a final frightener before it times out with their new bully boys riding off their notoriety from the awful TV programme.Using that statement at the footer of their notepaper should be outlawed it is just a frightening tactic, but their sterile greedy debt collections department bears no relation to the way their bailiff arm works as shown on that awful programme.5

It's xxx@dcbltd, so try 'collections@' or 'mail@' or 'complaints@' or try other ones you think might work. You'll know the ones that 'land' - only the incorrect ones will bounce back.M7R said:does anyone know where I can find an email for them? they don't give one on their site helpfully, and they say you have to call them which I am not going to.Fruitcake said:A search engine returned this, complaints@dcbltd.com, so do as Umkomaas has suggested and try different prefixes.

I was very surprised by the £15 in their initial reply back in 2015... it does sort of smack of pick a number that seems low enough....fisherjim said:Their old "........we will however accept the sum of £15 in full settlement etc etc" means they knew they were on a sticky wicket anyway, they never go for less if they can get their full scam amount. This is just a final frightener before it times out with their new bully boys riding off their notoriety from the awful TV programme.Using that statement at the footer of their notepaper should be outlawed it is just a frightening tactic, but their sterile greedy debt collections department bears no relation to the way their bailiff arm works as shown on that awful programme.0 -
Make sure you place your DCBL reference numbers in the email to ensure it's linked to the correct case.M7R said:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You are lovely and close to timing this out by the delaying tactics of replying slowly on day 28 to each tedious letter until the 6 years is up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
