    So would suggest the issue has arisen after the window were replaced in 2015 like the op posted.

    You often get movement when bays are replaced. With any movement it's a question of how serious it is. The best thing to do is monitor any movement over a period of time. To me I would be more concerned if the upper bay was of masonry construction than timber frame.

    Just to close the loop on this, a structural engineer had a look onsite, said the bay had moved and might need underpinning if it continues to move. Chances are it will because the cracks looks fairly recent. The movement seems due to the bay not having the same foundation as the rest of the house.
