I purchased two phones through this company with a cashback deal and am now having problems receiving money from them. I have adhered to there terms and conditions and now feel the only way to pursue this is through the small claim court. At present I am owed several hundred pounds. Has anybody else experienced any problems with them?

Small claims court is the only way to go unforunately with this company , I allso have two deals , they have only paid following court action , they are still in business as the last cheque came through the letter box last saturday .0
