I tried changing to various other suppliers all day yesterday and most of this morning. The system would freeze sometime during the procedure. The first time I used my partner's computer to make the change it sailed through. Any one else had that happen? Should I be suspicious?

What system froze ??The systems of the suppliers or your PC ?Try clearing cookies and or use a different browser .0

Well that tells you then your computer has an issue. If they go through on the other computer there's nothing wrong with the sites.
