Hi would anyone be able to help regarding my soa as I'm about to apply for bankruptcy and need to get these affairs in order prior im so worried and have so many questions and yet this is my second time being bankrupt

Both me and my wife both are nhs staff im bank but she's permanent so all these costs are my share so exactly half in just worried about my soa as we are a family 0f 7 and the youngest is 2 but my wife is planning on declaring bankruptcy any day now too her income is a a little over 1400.
What are my chances of getting a ipa ?

Hi the value of the car is about 5 grand but its on hp the other car is worth about 500 but Still has just under 2000 owed on the hp im not sure whats going to happen to them if we will be able to keep the as we need them for work due to working shifts in different settings and community work too.

You are allowed a car upto value £1000.
Check your financial paperwork..I think most want the car back

Its the most annoying situation in the world as I'm bank only within my trust you would think the pandemic would have meant there was lots of work on the wards....
