Sometimes there are nuances around some PPCs that can influence advice.Car Park Vultures are: District Enforcement Limited.Only didn't include their name as I thought it may make the case traceable, but no biggy!0

Also, have they attached a confirmed copy of the Whitelist with partially redacted VRMs, as it stood at the time, or not? If they haven't shown the Whitelist with your friend's VRM missing from it (or a 'whitelist lookup' as an exhibit) I'd say his oral evidence that he DID do all that was required, is strengthened by the other side's lack of evidence to the contrary,He gave the Housing Association Manager at the time his VRM verbally at sign up.They have not included any form of whitelist. The Car Park vultures have not engaged in any way, ignoring 2 SAR's, meaning I wasted 2 months before eventually contacting Gladstones, which is the only info I could get from their side.I did contact thew ICO over their lack of response, who ruled they should engage, but nothing else happened! Besides, I knew I was on a time limit as the claim was made well after the original CCJ was made.

We can't promise the earth, but I've not seen many District Enforcement's cases (Dyl Kurpil) get as far as court. Maybe he's chasing too many canal boat owners for mooring infractions to be overly bothered! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, just follow up the SAR and give DE 14 days or you will report them again to the ICO.They have not included any form of whitelist.Jolly good. Doesn't unpick the Defendant's oral evidence!
Have you had your £275 ordered back against DE for failing to serve the claim, or were your costs 'reserved' until this second hearing?
