Lebara Sim It's Been 7 Days.

Hi I signed up to this contract last Friday and still not received my SIM card has anyone else had to wait more than 7-days to receive there SIM from Lebara.

My guess is it never went in the post until Monday, that plus Covid and PO deliveries delay would explain it

FWIW I'm with them but can't remember how long it took for the SIM, not had any problems though

I can only comment on my experience after applying for that same "exclusive" plan.

Received confirmation e-mail on the 14th, received a sim despatched e-mail on the 15th and received the sim on the 16th. This was a couple of months ago.

Have you received any communication from Lebara? i.e. confirmation of plan order/application.

I also can only recount my experience. 

I ordered SIM last month on Tuesday16th at 16:30 so it was posted out next day (Wed) and arrived the day after (Thurs) as per their website.  It auto-renewed, payment taken on 16th May with allowances reset at midnight, so lost a day's worth < 10p by being after the 15:00 cut-off for same (working day) despatch.

Your one should have arrived on Monday (if ordered early enough on Friday - perhaps even on the Saturday).  If later order on the Tuesday for you (posted on Monday). Give them a call asap it's gone awol in the post system?

Why have you waited so long to chase?  Nothing can happen now until next Monday, probably.

Ok I gave them a phone & It went to a house In Bristol.😏 

The man from Lebara said it has not been activated and he's put a block on it I should receive a new one on Monday.😉
