Pull him up on it. When he posts something degrading, maybe just say something like I am all for a laugh but you are just being disgusting or offensive.

Or give him something back (but obviously you need to be careful on this front as you are on probation)

Degrades you for age... You should remember what you are saying, you will soon be the youngest again... in the queue at the post office collecting your pension.
