DCBL letter of Claim

I would highly appreciate if you could point me in the right direction as I do need help in what to do and the steps to follow.
To confirm I have received a bulk to letters from DCBL - Letter of claim from elite parking management
They are all dated 31st March 2021
1. FE06 *** - £680 - REGISTERED KEEPER
2. YC19 *** - £170 - RENTAL
3. K11 *** - £170 - REGISTERED KEEPER
4. K11 *** - £170 - REGISTERED KEEPER
5. K11 *** - £170 - NAME SPELT INCORRECTLY
This is a residential car park I have used nearly all my driving life for over 10 years and never got a ticket, I do remember bwlegal sending me letters but looks like dcbl have now taken over. Signage is not so clear in the carpark, I do know they have some now as I have checked, but before this is was not clear at all and all the residents do use this carpark without paying.
I'm not saying I don't owe this money but I do think they have put in double charges and only now threatening me as they have many cases on me now.
I would really appreciate my next steps, I have ignored all other letters and not replied or called them in regards to this so I'm completely fresh.
I have read I need to file a SAR but if you could point me in the right direction as to where to find templates I would very much appreciate it.
I have seen others on here not listening to your advice and doing something completely different. I can guarantee you I will take on any advice given to me on here and follow every step that you say.
Please help me as I can't afford to pay all these fines and can't afford another ccj.
Hope your all are well and please let me know how to proceed, I will also keep you updated with any updates

Is the £680 the sum of the four figures shown below it, or an additional amount?
What is meant by 'Rental'?
What is the context of 'Name spelled incorrectly'?
You can find a very detailed guide to dealing with a formal Letter Before Claim in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post. You will also find links to the SAR template there.Do you own, lease or rent your property? What do your ownership/rental legal documents say about your parking rights? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

On number 2 ... do you mean a rental car
ALL CHARGES CLAIMED BY DCBL ARE FAKE. THEY ADD FAKE £70.
Have you any idea when these tickets are dated/issued ?
1: As these letters are "letters before claim" you need to respond. Quote all 5 letters in one to condense
this otherwise you will get bogged down in paperwork
DENY THEIR CLAIM AND ASK FOR THEIR LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ADD £70 PER TICKET.
Include in your reply that you require a further 30 days as you are seeking debt advice
THE SAR .... there is no particular template as it's simple. You now, immediately, SAR the parking company, not DCBL, requesting all information they hold on you and to include copies of the parking tickets and signs that relate to each ticket.
You will take pictures of the current signs and if possible timestamp them.1 -

What does your lease/AST say about parking?. Does it mention permits, or paying a PPC, does it give you primacy of contract. Have you complained to your Landlord, management company, MP? Templates are in the newbies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

1. No this is a separate PCN for that vehicle mentioned.
2. This was a rental car I hired and park in front of my house - the carpark is literally empty every day even to date!
I live with my parents and we rent from a housing association that do rent out these spots, my dad does have a permit but again we park anywhere as the designated spot is always taken by someone else. the parking company that manages this also state when someone has parked in your spot to park on other free locations but they want you to call but this happens nearly every day and not very practical. We report this and then receive a ticket for ourselves too! Again i don't blame others for parking here as it is not clear at all.1 -

the designated spot is always taken by someone else. the parking company that manages this also state when someone has parked in your spot to park on other free locations but they want you to call but this happens nearly every dayDo you suspect that the parking company are doing that? IT's an ex-clamper firm. What do you think...didn't it occur to you?
Such an easy scam for a rogue PPC to set up in a residential car park where they have local ticketing staff or self-ticketers who might be doing it deliberately to get a bounty per PCN that the self-ticketer (a neighbour) issues. Perfect scam operations are possible at such sites.
I'd be taking photos of the car(s) that park there and reporting them to the HA and also looking for who gets in or out of that car.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It will be interesting to see what DCBL say about the fake £70 x 2
As there is nothing they can say (which is legal), it can only be a fabrication.
If they fail to reply and explain, then any claim with a signed statement of truth is fake and that will be up to a judge as to what he will do to them.
