Court sealed Grant of Probate

Hi all
Hoping you can help. Just looking for some clarity on this as unsure.
My understanding is to sell an inherited property you need the court sealed Grant of Probate. I do have this as I obtained Grant of Probate a few years back, however it is in storage in UK (I’m living abroad) and because of Covid-19 situation I have no idea when I will be able to return as restrictions are still very high here.
Is the hard copy something that actually needs to be provided to estate agent/solicitor or can they view a copy with the court seal on a database etc?
Thanks in advance

when I got a grant of probate, I ordered a few copies of it (which were all sealed etc) - I think you can order an extra sealed copy from the probate office1

If you were granted probate several years ago, did you not transfer the property into the beneficiaries name at the time?0
