Pure Planet - Manual meter - Runaway meter reading estimations

Since joining Pure Planet my electricity and gas estimations have been going up and up, and still being in credit + £200 i'm getting a bit miffed.
Gas Actual: 8154 (est: 8152) pretty close.
Electricity Actual: 38761 (est:39487) way off.

Pure Planet are not helpful at all, and you can't speak to a human, just some "Whatbot".
I don't want smart meters.

• If you want to send us a meter reading at other times, go to Menu > Send a meter reading."

@piggydavid  Depending on how good PP's IT is you may find that your actual Electric reading gets bounced.  Take a photo just in case.

I have used the PP page to update the readings, and am happy to send photos, but don't have the option to do that.  I will change soon to the "area suppliers company" to speak to a human.

If it looks like the website has accepted your actual reading which is lower than their estimate - sit tight and await a new bill.
