Switching Fuel provider

I have switched Fuel provider several times of the years and have had no issues what so ever, but this year I switched from Utility point and iwas in credit for over £300. I left in Febraury and still havent recieved my money back. I have contacted them twice about the issue and have requested emails with regards to what was said, both times they said thier finance team are having issues with refund requests and that I would be dealt with very soon, as I said that was over a month ago. Do I wait or can I do something else to get my money back?
