    Brilliant news this. Just had a significant 3 figure cheque off the local council. Saves me a return bus trip into town while it's pishin it down!
    I'm writing a book on plagiarism. It wasn't my idea.

    Same here. Also says that it should clear within 2 days, which is an improvement.

    That said, can't remember the last time I received a cheque!
