    I thought capital letters meant 'shouting'? I agree though, my text is enormous! I am so sorry! I tried a few times but couldn't get it smaller for some reason... Apologies for any upset caused. I will try to remove it now.

    I got this:
    We have paused your Direct Debit

    We've had to temporarily pause your Direct Debit after taking your April payment because of a technical issue. We did this to stop you from being charged twice. We're sorry this happened to your account, and we're putting it right as soon as possible.  

    You might see a message from our payment provider, GoCardless, telling you that we've paused your Direct Debit. You haven't missed any payments or made extra ones. We've taken only what you agreed we could from your bank account.

    We’ll fix the problem, and you don't need to do anything

    We're taking care of it. You don't need to do anything. Once we've sorted the issue, we'll restart your Direct Debit, and your payment will be taken, as usual, in May.
