    @Umkomaas @Coupon-mad The letter was sent to my permanent address and not to my current address. The top right hand corner of the envelope says 'Delivered by Royal Mail'.

    Have you complained to your MP?  Many MPs are very willing to take these companies on. 
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
