Hi Forum Members, a windscreen PCN was placed on a car I own at Warwick University by CPP. I have followed the advice and waited for 26 days to appeal through CPP website but when I enter the PCN number and the car reg no, nothing happens and I am show the same page again with the message 'If you have received a Notice to Driver (i.e. a ticket affixed to your vehicle) then please allow 24 hours from the issue date prior to attempting payment.' Is there a different way to appeal e.g. an Email address I can use? Thanks

What happened to your other case with ParkingEye, you seem not to have updated the forum on that despite the help you received? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Apologies. They went quiet after I responded to them based on advice from the Forum.1

After you having submitted a formal defence to the court, you heard no more? Have you checked your credit rating lately?PeanutDad said:Apologies. Have you logged in and checked your status on MCOL? This should give you the definitive answer regarding your defence, if the defence was sent to the claimant and DQs issued and when.2

If they issued the NtK on 23/04, it's taken almost 3 weeks to arrive. Is it addressed to your current residence? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

That is a POFA compliant NTK but where is the evidence that the car wasn't being unloaded, given that double yellows are for unloading and there are no signs in view along that double yellow that could be possibly construe a different interpretation?
Can you tell us if you kept the envelope please and whether the franking top right corner shows the name of a mail handler, such as The Delivery Group?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
