Not a full month, but:
- 14th May - smart meter import reading 02942
- Right now - smart meter import reading 02942
That's thirteen straight days and less than a kilowatt-hour imported. My homebrew battery is working a treat.(It's not strictly zero import; for example, according to Octopus, I used almost a quarter of a kWh last Saturday. Most days it's a tenth of a kWh or less.)N. Changed CT clamp for 2000/1 eBay cheapo direct to inverter not using Eastron SDM 230 but still in situ, better response for loads plus import is reduced to less than 300w per day now as shown in picture attached; using Solax grids tied for solar and solax AC with 10 kWh useable energy1

Nice figures there. I'm struggling to cut it down to less than one kWh, our induction cooktop is the main culprit“Don't raise your voice, improve your argument." - Desmond Tutu

System 2 - 9.2 KWp + Enphase IQ7+ and IQ8AC (Feb 22 & Sep 24) + Givenergy AC Coupled inverter + 2 * 8.2KWh Battery (May 2022) + Mitsubishi 7.1 KW and 2* Daikin 2.5 KW A2A Heat Pump2 -
I’ve got 2 days running that the Octopus app reports 0.08kWh per day this month. Most of mine is due to my espresso machine or the kettle. Induction hobs are not all equal. Our GEC hob ramps power as required up and down smoothly. My mum’s induction hob pulses the power to regulate it. Not nice at all.8 x Jinko Tiger Neo 54c 415W, Huawei 3k L1 HV ph Hybrid inverter and 2 x 5kWh LUNA batteries on 15° roof facing SW on the southern edge of Bristol.3

I thought I'd share this for amusement value:The 8600% increase is entirely due to my PV inverter failing on the 1st of June!N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.

As many are saying Octopus flux has changed how many of us look at this.. I could probably have imported very close to nothing, poured the power into my hot water tank and kept my home cool burning some off using my A2A (AC)
With Flux I have charged my batteries to 90% at cheap rate every night, turned off my Solic and only used the AC a couple of times in the bedroom.
