I'm not sure to do you understand how it feels? From a professional perspective (Housekeeping) they have rotten rats around, but they employ touchpoint cleaners- 7 of them! Offered job too....these days you really need Enhanced DBS for warehouse work, if you have any more stomach for it.-3

But happens we was left locked in not attended hotel (speaking in pictures) matter a fact, we are still in same Ghost Hotel.
On scene of 0-hour contract, that was falling apart because 5G development, after lockdown, what's left?
and listen to you guys
1st- your employee do not pay you furlough- government do- but your employee should not claim that furlough in your name
2nd- all government office buildings are still empty - I stop follow up with fourlog schene after you need to be on Paye on 27.02.20- 1 year and better now- those peoples are working from home, are furlough- we all know accounting is the energy bill.
Because I felt someone try to ensure me before furlough, employed in the week of lockdown,(Hotel do not pay that one- is made on the base of figures, the figure for 0 hours was "Whats assumed to be expected erning") My PAYE status was not convenient enough. They rip Me Off personally. But DO NOT BOTHER - I have Self Employment status.
Look what they did to us NOW! I DID NOT HAVE POSSIBILITY TO FILL MY REPORT AS USUAL!
what you have been talking?
Does anyone actually find work after March 20?
The government was sending on furlough up to 30.10.20?
How, they employ you 1 month after March 20 and then they furlough you?-3 -
Well this new employer is telling me he can furlough workers this year, 2021 and not 2020 and perhaps he can..I don't know enough about the furlough scheme to be able to make an informed decision. Thats as far as I can go

Thats as far as I can goFor periods starting on or after 1 May 2021, you can claim for employees who were employed on 2 March 2021, as long as you have made a PAYE Real Time Information (RTI) submission to HMRC between 20 March 2020 and 2 March 2021, notifying a payment of earnings for that employee. You do not need to have previously claimed for an employee before the 2 March 2021 to claim for periods from starting on or after 1 May 2021.The problem is, you were not employed by him on Mar 2nd so he can't claim for you.

Bit of a weird statement to make at the end. Why HMRC? Do you blame the tail if it wags when it's just doing what it was told/programmed to do?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Don't forget, your employer can send you home on full pay if they want, on gardening leave, they just wouldn't be able to claim back the money from the government. If your employer wants to hire you badly enough and thinks you are worth betting on financially, they may have meant they would do this even though you don't qualify for the scheme.
