Bit of a problem trying to cancel now tv

Just been on the website and no cancel button. Been on it numerous times in account. On checking payments it says I’ve made none, checked bank statement and regular card payments coming out but can’t access bank details online to delete these.  Says it can’t find any of my devices. No I haven’t got another account on there. Tried getting in community to complain but won’t let me on. Changed my password again for the 3rd time, it takes it on my iPad but not on my phone and says it can’t be recognised. Gone round and round in circles. Sent an email to a suggested now tv email to cancel and it bounced. It’s card payment. No phone number to call. I’ve been with them for a few years. No facility for deleting account. So what happens now do I try to cancel my card payments at the bank or raise a dispute next time they take a payment. No idea what to do.

If you cancel all your passes then there will be no payments going out till you restart them.


if the account you are logging into has no passes, no devices and no payments showing then it does not look like the account that the payments are going to and you may have another one.


Do you have a device connected that is working and has passes enabled?
I think you can check on that which account is that device is using.

if there is no card showing there it is probably not that account.

thank you for your answer. Miraculously when I went on again this morning at 5am all information was there. I was able to cancel my subscription. I went on at around 7:30 am yesterday morning and I realised later that day they may have been updating their site which is why nothing was showing on my account which is weird as I feel it should have been anyway. Case closed.

Good you sorted it.

I had to cancel the, £5 offer for ent. was not cheap enough.

Now waiting for an email with better offer.

Can you help? I have a dormant account with NOW and today I got email offer of 4:99 a month for 6 months.
The email address was mission.control@message.nowtv.com
Is this a genuine email address or a scam?
The thing is, it asks me to click through to take up the offer but if I log on to my dormant account via the now website, no offer is showing which makes me a bit uneasy to continue via the email.

You may end up just cancelling then as they seem to be doing away with the mega cheap deals you obviously expect

Already expired.
Been happy with £1.60pm for 12m 
Can live without it.

If you have concerns about offers being valid/invalid/spam/phishing or not appearing on your account, they say to contact them on Chat.  I've done that in the past and it's pretty effective.

The reason I posted on MSE was due to the fact I attempted to contact Now via live chat and it did not work!
