    I have been doing a lot more reading and it occurs to me that consumption of Soya isoflavones can, actually make symptoms worse, when you are in perimenopause. If you are estrogen dominant then you need to find a way of addressing the balance in order to reduce the symptoms. I have started a separate thread on natural progesterone creams.
