As you don't have any children then your earnings will reduce the amount of UC you're entitled to by 63%. Use the benefits calculator above to check entitlement.calcotti said:

At the time of marriage I will be 26 and my wife will be less than 25.
If we decide to live with my parents, will we still be eligible for UC ?
Will any benefits will be different in amount if I will live with my parents and I pay the council tax ? ( Council tax on my name )
What if I live with parents and my dad pays the council tax ? Will benefits amount be different?
If you live with parents and you move in with them then the calculation will be different because you won't be able to claim for any help with the rent, so your UC will reduce to zero and there will be no entitlement. Council tax reduction isn't part of UC and you need to claim this from your local council.

As indicated by calcotti's calculation previously because at least one of you is over 25 then it will be £596.58 BUT it will be £86 per month less from October.

Your maximum UC amount would be the couple allowance of £596.58 but as the earnings deduction for your wages is £702.45 there would be no UC payable.talha_muhammad99 said:What about he UC Couple Allowance ?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Because earnings are over the Administrative Earnings Threshold should be in the light touch regime so will probably be left alone.Rubyroobs said:Your wife may be expected to look for work if you make a Universal credit application.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Will any benefits will be different in amount if I will live with my parents and I pay the council tax ? ( Council tax on my name ) You can pay them but if they own the property then you will not get a council tax bill
What if I live with parents and my dad pays the council tax ? Will benefits amount be different? NoCouncil Tax Reduction is administered by your local council. To claim CTR you have to be the liable person on the bill, i.e. the owner or tenant of the property, if you are just a resident then, by all means, pay your share but you will not get any helpAre your parents the owners/tenants of the property? If so then they are the liable parties, not you.
