You might find then that there is not one store that is in overall control of the car park.  If you can get to it, is there a sign giving a managing agent name and address?  Sometimes Google Map with street view can help.  If you complain to Asda head office and ask if they cannot arrange to have it cancelled, who can?

I've used Resolver to make a complaint to ASDA to get the ticket cancelled. I have an acknowledgment from ASDA, but nothing further.

Since I only just received the letter today, would it be wise to wait a bit before submitting the first appeal to Highview via their online appeals process?

I can think of no good reason to delay sending that first appeal.

How are we on page two with the easiest one to appeal using the forum template?  No thread needed with Highview cases.   There's nothing to ask about.

Thanks, I'll contact Edmonton Green Shopping centre  about the issue.

Just now Asda came back saying they don't cancel Highview Parking tickets.
