Tried to call retailer, they are not accepting calls to the store. But will try and complain to head office. The car park serves other shops as well as Asda, but asda probably has the most cars.0

You might find then that there is not one store that is in overall control of the car park. If you can get to it, is there a sign giving a managing agent name and address? Sometimes Google Map with street view can help. If you complain to Asda head office and ask if they cannot arrange to have it cancelled, who can?cxxr said:Tried to call retailer, they are not accepting calls to the store. Why not contact the Edmonton Green Shopping Centre direct?
There is an email address on their Contact Us webpage.3 -
I've used Resolver to make a complaint to ASDA to get the ticket cancelled. I have an acknowledgment from ASDA, but nothing further.Le_Kirk said:

Since I only just received the letter today, would it be wise to wait a bit before submitting the first appeal to Highview via their online appeals process?0 -
I can think of no good reason to delay sending that first appeal.cxxr said:Le_Kirk said:

How are we on page two with the easiest one to appeal using the forum template? No thread needed with Highview cases. There's nothing to ask about.
Read any other Highview case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thanks, I'll contact Edmonton Green Shopping centre about the issue.KeithP said:You don't appear to have noticed my post on 16 April at 5:04PM.
Just now Asda came back saying they don't cancel Highview Parking tickets.
