Simplicity Energy. Anyone else having problems?

Have been in contact (online chat) with BG Evolve, and have e-mailed Simplicity Energy in order to establish the status of my transfer nearly 11 weeks after it was announced that Simplicity Energy had ceased trading. It would appear that as I had previously been a customer of BG Evolve (on my mothers property whilst we did a refresh prior to letting) I was on their system, so when they attempted to transfer my account it failed. I was told that it therefore needed to be brought over manually by their IT team within 2 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. The last 'chat' with BG Evolve achieved nothing and they could not give me an answer. They said they would "get back to me" - still waiting ! I was £200+ in credit with Simplicity Energy, but at the moment I have no idea who has my credit, or whose tariff I am on. I last week raised a complaint with both with Simplicity and BG Evolve, but no acknowledgement or response to date. Ofgem seem not to want to get involved unless you've gone through a complaints process. Utter shambles. Oh ... and to cap it, the BG Evolve Simplicity Promise tariff that I was to be moved to, was in fact more expensive than the best available tariff available from them when I looked. I should of taken a screen shot at the time. Would be interested to hear other peoples experiences, or perhaps you have had (a) good experiences ?
