Virgin Money - misleading credit cards

OMG, that's a mess. Glad I didn't apply for anything from Virgin, though I was also pre-approved.

It's not that much of a mess.

One app for your credit card. (or as many credit cards as you have with them)

One app for all of your savings and current accounts. 

I might call that a minor inconvenience - but not a mess.

If it was only that simple.

One app for credit cards
Multiple apps/online portals for current accounts (YB, Clydesdale and VM)  and some new savings accounts.
Online portal with no app for other (old and new) VM savings accounts.

It's not unmanageable but as I said, appears disjointed and a bit messy.

It might be using a the VM brand more and more but this was essentially three different banks that they are integrating under the hood. Old Virgin Money had multiple logins depending on product and Clydesdale/Yorkshire weren't fully integrated either which probably doesn't help either.

I guess they are taking the cautious approach after what happened to fellow challenger TSB.
