Go Outdoors- non delivery of order

Hello there just wondering if there is an ongoing problem with deliveries/orders from Go Outdoors currently? I see on this website there has been in the past (wish I had seen that before ordered!) as we have a major issue with them and looking at facebook and Twitter is seems many other people are experiencing non-delivery/refund issues with items they have ordered.
Briefly I ordered a tent and stove 10th march, 15th only stove turns up. since then I have been fobbed off by customer service many times saying had to wait 28 days for investigation by missing parcels team well 28 days is up and now I have been told I have to wait another 72 hrs for a reply looking into what they haven't replied what! This is a £600 tent I am so upset I just can't understand how they can operate like this. I am not sure what to do trading standards perhaps or letter of complaint to head office? might try credit card company for refund? as GO just don’t seem to want to give any information as to what has happened to the order. Have tried facebook/twitter/form on website/email/phone and they just ask for order details to look into it and then do nothing. Parcel was Hermes but they have been no help - their website is automated says refer to retailer.

Tell them you want a refund and if they don't provide it or the tent in the next 72 hours, you will speak to your credit card company.1

but can’t just keep my money without any explanation at all surely! 0
