I’ve started looking into the nearest collection points near me too. However I don’t have photo ID so not sure what else they would accept when collecting.0

I don't know if they would accept it, but ... do you have any apps with your name and address registered? Hermes couriers are self employed and paid a pittance for each parcel delivered. hence they do want to deivier one parcel to an area.
Our Hermes delivery was once a week so parcels would lie at the depot until the next delivery day whi h could be 7 days away.0
