What is the company registration number on your letter because there are two separate companies:-
1) Complete Parking Services Ltd
and
2) Complete Parking Services (CPS UK) Ltd3 -
You just can't any longer rock up at a private car park and let a learner practise basic driving manoeuvres. Well, you can, but it's £100 a pop for the pleasure! Learning to drive is expensive enough!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Guys i thank you for all of your advice but the situation has changed.
The Fine was issued to my mothers address as that is why my car was registered with the dvla (havent changed it to my current address yet)
and she has just texted me and she has paid it already. So all for nothing anyway. again thanks for everyones help guess it saves me a trip to check the signage tomorrow and we will stay away from carparks in future.0 -
OMG that was stupid. Have people REALLY not heard about private parking charges being a scam? This wasn't a fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
