I think, as above, the route is via the small claims court (online)
A couple of things to consider though. You told us what you paid, but not what the car was. Is the price about what one would expect to pay for a car in excellent condition, or is it cheaper? How old is the car? What would you expect from a car that old?
Also, to put 'things right', how much money are we talking? How much are 4 part-worn replacement tyres? Bulbs? Door adjustment? The cost of this might be what you are due. Maybe - as I said, depends on the car age.
The car is yours now. What you need to calculate is how much to put it right, but allowing for the price you paid versus other cars of the same age / condition0 -

OP I think a LBA is your only recourse but you would still have to return the car to the dealer at your expense. I am with the others in not understanding why you would buy a cheap car from 200 miles away and then not be there yourself to inspect on delivery if your wife wasnt capable0 -
Yes of course the OP has the 14 day rule, but trying to find out what the car was and how if compares to market price.
Have done a quick search and for one in excellent condition eBay are asking £3100 (compared with the £2550 you paid)

That area is littered with 'dealers' - right next to BCA so they don't even have any transport costs from the auction, they can just mop up the dross at the end and punt it out on t'interweb with all sorts of bold claims about 3yr warranty/money back guarantee etc
Whatever you do OP I'd do it quickly - I can't see Carzona being around that much longer given the anonymity of the website and lack of Companies House registration1 -

I don't do part worns on convertibles, £250 ish 50/60 per tyre, then sourcing a new door in the same colour fitting. 150 ish.. The wing is dented where the door has swung open and kinked it also.. Then a service is needwd, possibly a new chain..People say well you see it when its delivered but i was at work and it was raining when delivered, which given its a black car, will hide alot of scuffs and scratchesMost people think why buy over 200 miles away, well weve had several of these cars with the 1.6 engine and they are generally ok, just this one needs money spending on it that we cant justify.. There were 10 pictures of the car and it looked fine,Im just annoyed with the way the company has treated us and completely ignored us..Has anyone had dealings with these cowboys before??Thanks in advance0

Yes you keep on saying you were at work when it was delivered but why did your wife not chdck the car over eg she might have seen the dented and scratched door or why were you not at home to check it over ?
