What, Occy Health "verified" the epilepsy? What does that mean in relation to your being able to do the job? Are OH now to "verify" the hay fever aspect?Cookie85 said:No as they've already verified the epilepsy which is controlledCookie85 said:

"Now I think I've jeopardised my chances with them, to me a conditional offer isn't a real job till made unconditional. "
Was your concern "about the low level of communication I've received from them" expressed in that tone? If so, I don't suppose they were enamoured of your response.

Have you told them that you need to give 4 weeks' notice and can't start on the 30th - and if so, what was their response? (This should tell you a lot).0

Yes I told them, n on the phone they saying the start date is provisional on the account yet they haven't changed it, and it took over 2 weeks to get that response, heard nothing since then, they lied about my dbs saying its been sent when it hasn't been[Deleted User] said:Have you told them that you need to give 4 weeks' notice and can't start on the 30th - and if so, what was their response? Is the employer a national employer ?
Sounds annoying, who told you the dbs had been sent off ? Did you speak to the same person re it ?
Is it not the case that 1 hand isn't talking to the other ?0 -
Yes national employer, the manager told me, I spoke to area manager as the manager had day off when I rang.
Thats what I'm thinking0 -
How were the sending it? If you contacted the DBS and they had not received a DBS check request, maybe it was an intermediary who had not forwarded the request not the potential employer who had not submitted the information to the agent.Cookie85 said:
