Moved to sky and have had issues since

I had been with BT Halo as I needed guaranteed in every room but at £45+ a month it was getting to expensive. I decided to go to sky cause they looked like the only other people to offer the guarantee in every room. Anyway switched over 27/3 even though BT turned me off 2 days previous signal was rubbish so got sent out a booster. Booster arrived 30/03 excellent I thought all connected well happy days. Then 3 days later 1/4 I loose all connection. Sky set up engineer to come out 5/4. After a mix up engineer didn't come out and was rearranged for 7/4. Internet came back on lunchtime on the 5/4 so I thought oh must be fixed! Engineer came out anyway said all was ok line was slow but he reset the line and all was good. Then tonight 10/4 it has disconnected twice and I've had to ring up sky and go through their bits but it's come back on again after this call. My question is where do I stand I'm paying for a service that keeps going off and it's driving us all crazy (2 gamers in this house lol) any advice would be helpful sorry for the long message.

You need to give Sky the chance to fix then if not Sky must agree to let you leave .
Is this disconnect over wifi ??

Occassional disconnects maybe due to openreach, not sky.
When that happened to me, I was surprised that sky couldn't point me at an openreach service status site.
It seemed that; well we've done all the tests, everything looks good, so if it drops out it must therefore be openreach.
