If it is then it is brilliant tape compared to others out there. I remember buying bad quality packing tape when a relative was moving house. It was so bad it would hardly stick. Anytime I have bought 3M on ebay or Amazon it has been superb quality. Both the packing tape and small tape dispenser tape.
