Moving sink/washing machine etc to other side of kitchen

Hello. My husband and I are going through our first home purchase. The kitchen of the property in question looks out over a grassed area to the road. Under the window looking out is the sink and where a washing machine/oven etc would go. Ideally I’d like a small breakfast bar on the window side so that you can sit and look out of the window. This means the sink, washing machine and oven would need to be moved a different wall. Having never done anything like this before, is it possible and if so how and is it expensive? The property doesn’t have a washing machine or oven included in the purchase so we wouldn’t have to rip them out as it’s just gaps where they would normally be. Thanks

How long is a piece of string? All depends on the distances and the waste pipes - their location and routing possibilities. For biggish distances the pipes must have some gradient. The same applies to hot and cold water pipes, but they are much easier to deal with.0
