  • Does anyone know, if once you swap to Club Lloyds you can leave with another bank switch but will still get the rewards, I selected cinema tickets but says I won't receive them until early November but I want to switch to Nationwide for the £200.
If I leave now will I not get the rewards?

I'm pretty certain you won't, although any cinema vouchers you have been sent will (probably) still work.

Why not open another account instead?

As in a burner account? Does it not need to be my main account to get the switch bonus? i.e. money paid in, direct debits etc

Never used my main account for switching, it's too valuable! I can deposit funds into any account, and DDs typically don't have to be specific ones so you can use random ones.

We've previously had reports of unused cinema tickets no longer working.

Someone reported selling them on eBay and having to refund the buyer.
