  • I was also mislead by them and paid £93 including the fee for the license. I emailed them and to my surprise they replied. I told them forcefully (but politely) i did not want there services and as it is for 1 year I wanted a refund for the remaining 10 months. threatened to report them to various organisations and they eventually refunded me £40. Better than nothing. The secret is to keep emailing them and bore them into submission. Yes it was stupid of me not to check the T+C but how many of us check it when we are superbusy and it looks like the real website. same font, colour , format. The website is designed to confuse.
